Our expert team has experience in handling different types of project where planning is an issue, from environmental assessments to permitted development rights. In the past ten years we have handled many different projects with planning issues. Our services include preliminary route selection guidance, environmental assessment and ecological guidance through to giving specialist advice on permitted development rights and managing full planning applications. Our experience is bespoke to the utility and infrastructure sector so we are in an excellent position to handle even the most complicated planning applications smoothly and efficiently.

We also have experience in more specialist applications, such as:

  • Making full planning applications for above-ground apparatus and kiosks
  • Conducting pre-application liaison with the LPA regarding potential works, such as new security fencing, lighting and access tracks
  • Advising in relation to General Permitted Development, Certificate of Lawful Development, demolition and rebuilds

Our planners also work closely with our in-house property management department when disposing of sites on behalf of clients. Using our extensive planning knowledge we can recommend different strategies and maximise the value of a site for our client.

We also enjoy excellent working relationships with external partners and local planning officers. This means our clients can make the most appropriate decisions to meet the needs of their customers and the demands of regulatory bodies.
