Claims and negotiations are an almost inevitable aspect of projects that affect private land. Many of our surveyors have strong ties to agriculture so we are well positioned to liaise with landowners on behalf of our clients to foster good lines of communication. We also offer a tailored claims handling service.

Our negotiation teams have a 'firm but fair' approach: we understand that claimants are also the customers of our clients and we treat them with due respect. We can advise clients on budgeting for claims and negotiations with accuracy and confidence from the outset of a scheme.

We have capitalised on our in-house expertise to provide a claims handling service that is individually tailored to the client's needs. We can provide and manage emergency points of contact (a dedicated email and telephone number) and deal with every stage, from incident reporting right through to closing a claim. Our strong links with landowners and agents mean we are able to act efficiently and quickly to minimise any negative impact.
