AssocRICS Success for Dalcour Maclaren’s Class of 2017

Huge ‘congratulations’ are in order to Dalcour Maclaren’s Kate Campbell, William Sufferin and Henry Rook who have all successfully achieved their RICS Associate qualification this September.

Their studying and hard work and over 2 years’ practical experience, to meet the application criteria has shown real commitment, helped by Dalcour Maclaren’s in-house RICS accredited structured training programme and our AssocRICS doctors and APC assessors.

Henry Rook, one of the newly qualified Surveyors says, “There have been many weekends sacrificed when I should have been helping to plan my wedding! The training team have been fantastic and have put a lot of time and effort in to ensure I was on track to meet the grade and keep focussed. “

He adds: “There were a lot of late nights in the weeks running up to my submission in early July – a month before my wedding - so I am thrilled it has all been worthwhile.”

Kate Campbell, who moved from Dalcour Maclaren’s Northern Ireland office to be based in Bicester, Oxfordshire back in 2015 says: “The AssocRICS qualification has been a huge focus for so long and I am very glad to be able to say I have passed!  I have to say a massive thank you to everyone who supported me through it, from knowledge sharing and proof reading to providing invaluable training through my work.”

100% success rate and three very happy entrants means a great start to September.
