Dalcour Maclaren is one of the leading firms of Chartered Surveyors specialising in providing a wide range of property consultancy and management advice to our utility and other clients. Established in 2003, we now have more than 160 members of staff based in 9 different locations across the UK.

Who we are looking for:

In order to service an increasing workload managing clients’ property portfolios and providing individual property management, valuation, Landlord and Tenant and both planning and development as well as agency advice, we are seeking applicants with a strong General Practice background. They must be able to demonstrate a high degree of initiative, be capable of day to day interaction with our key clients at a senior level as well as having a proactive commercial approach towards the further development of our business.

What your role would involve:

  • National portfolio management
  • Individual commercial property management
  • Planning and development opportunities
  • Agency particularly the letting of property
  • Lease renewals
  • Rent reviews
  • Valuations
