Graduate Land Referencer - Bicester

What to expect

As a Graduate Land Referencer in our busy Oxfordshire office you’ll be working with our Land Referencing Services team providing property ownership data and producing Books of Reference, Land Plans, Notices and Schedules.

You’ll work closely with Project Managers and GIS Specialists to collect, interpret, and review land ownership data to be presented to our clients in a variety of formats. You’ll ensure the maintenance of the land referencing database and visit sites liaising with project stakeholders to record land ownership data.

You’ll receive full training in our clients specific areas of expertise and ongoing mentoring whilst you develop your Land Referencing knowledge. You’ll be given responsibility on projects and clients as part of an enthusiastic and dynamic company which prides itself on developing the best in the Utilities and Infrastructure Sectors.

What you'll need

You may have recently graduated with a Geography or Planning related degree with an interest in land referencing and compulsory purchase and looking forward to starting your career. You’ll have great IT skills, be familiar with GIS and be ready to take on new challenges. You’ll be organised, results driven, with great attention to detail and love solving challenges. You’ll also have great verbal and written communication skills

You may have an interest in rural affairs and experience in utilities, construction or infrastructure but this isn’t essential.
