Compliance Coordinator - Bicester or Cirencester

What to expect

We’re registered with and are regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). We have an Integrated Management System (IMS) certified by BSI for the standards of ISO 9001, 14001, 18001, and 27001.

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Compliance professional who is looking to develop their career supporting our Company Services Director in ensuring continued compliance of legal and contractual requirements and maintenance of our IMS.

You’ll assist in the ongoing compliance of the RICS Rules of Conduct and mandatory standards in respect to competence, ethical conduct, service standards, and consumer protection. You’ll be maintaining the company’s safety systems, policies and processes along with ensuring compliance with Client Contracts, Data Protection and GDPR.

You’ll undertake audits and work with the business at all levels to encourage engagement with the IMS. You’ll assist with the enhancement of existing policies, procedures and controls required to meet ISO standards whilst also supporting business growth with recommendations for developing the IMS.

What you'll need

You’ll have a good understanding of ISO standards and experience in undertaking audits. You’ll have knowledge of GDPR, Information Assurance and possibly Cyber Security. You may also have a NEBOSH and / or IOSH qualification.

You’ll have great written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work closely with internal and external stakeholders. If you have an awareness of surveying and commercial acumen that would be useful.
